Shipping
Orders with standard shipping are dispatched in 1-3 business days and sent via our selected courier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
Couriers and postal services are delivering with no contact delivery. Parcels will be left in a safe place. Signature on delivery is not available currently during the COVID-19 outbreak. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure physical address (no PO Box deliveries available), and any specific instructions as to where to leave the parcel.
For orders of $140.00 or more, Zensational Gifts offers free standard shipping within Australia. A flat rate of $12.95 for Australian orders will continue to apply to any orders of less than $140.00.
Goods are dispatched and delivered on business days. No delivery will be made on weekends or public holidays.
Once items have been shipped we take no responsibility if a product arrives damaged or is missing. We will do all within our power to help you make a case with the courier. Replacements can be made if stock allows.
If a package is unable to be delivered to the said contact address, we will contact you to organise a re-delivery at your cost. If this fails you will be refunded the purchase cost but not the shipping charges.
